Smokey Carrot Lox



  • 4 carrots peeled into wide ribbons

  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons of seaweed flake (optional)


  1. Toss carrot ribbons with the aminos, smoke, salt, and seaweed.

  2. Make a long pouch out of foil and wrap up the carrots making sure the foil is all sealed up.

  3. Place foil pouch on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to one week.

Use on bagels with your other favorite toppings.
